Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance for computer hardware, applications, software and monitoring systems.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues remotely, in person, or over the phone.
• Document and track support requests, resolutions and system changes; escalate complex issues as needed.
• Install, configure and maintain IT hardware and software; monitor systems for performance and security.
• Provide clear, user-friendly IT guidance and training on best practices for IT security and usage.
