Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience as an IT Support or related role.
• Active Directory experience required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience resolving printer, scanner, monitor, and workstation issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide both onsite and remote end-user support across multiple locations and remote users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, account access, and connectivity issues.
• Serve as the first point of contact for users and deliver high-quality customer service.
