Formación

• 1+ year in IT, handling hardware and software issues.
• Self-motivated, efficient, reliable, organized, and detail‑oriented.
• Ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
• Promptly respond to IT support emails, phone calls, and messages.
• Interpret reported issues and understand urgency of reported issues.
• Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Basic Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS concepts; basic LAN/WAN knowledge.
• Printer configuration/management, malware removal tools, TCP/IP, desktop OS and application operations.
