Applied Connective is seeking a motivated IT Field Services Technician to join our Columbus, NE team. The role involves visiting client sites to set up computers, printers, and mobile devices, performing hardware replacements, and assisting with office moves.

You’ll verify operations, document actions, and keep clients informed throughout the process. Ideal candidates will have strong customer service and troubleshooting skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a willingness to travel

Headquartered in Albion, NE, with offices in Norfolk, Columbus, Lincoln, Elkhorn, and Ogallala, Applied Connective provides innovative managed IT, communication, surveillance, security, and other technical solutions to a growing list of commercial and government clients throughout the region. Rapid growth has necessitated bringing new talent onto our team.

Currently, we are seeking a highly motivated, hard-working, and technology-savvy candidate to take on a key role as an IT Field Services Technician in Columbus, NE. This will be a full-time position with standard hours, 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, requiring both remote and onsite support of clients.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

The IT | Field Services Technician is our face at client sites in and around Columbus. You’ll travel to client offices to set up computers, printers, and mobile devices, handle hardware replacements and office moves, and solve technology issues in person. You’ll verify everything works before you leave, document your work, and keep clients and teammates updated. We measure success by client satisfaction (90%+ positive feedback) and by work completed on schedule and documented (95%+).
