Qualifications

• Formal IT support education or equivalent hands-on IT support experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and operating systems.
• Able to communicate technical directions to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Respond, resolve, and escalate incidents or requests promptly.
• Meet performance goals for incident resolution as set by management.
