You’ll assist in-person and remotely, escalating when required while delivering strong customer service. You will diagnose hardware and software issues, assist with business applications, and contribute to a knowledge base, all while upholding security and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT support experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiar with ITIL concepts and security practices.
• Ability to triage incidents and escalate when needed.
• Experience with service desk software and ticketing.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incidents and requests via phone and in person.
• Resolve or escalate issues per ITIL guidelines.
