Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in field of specialty or equivalent IT Support experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Familiar with ITIL principles and service desk environments.

Responsibilities

• Respond, resolve, and escalate incidents or requests in person or over the phone.
• Meet performance goals for resolving incidents.
• Be logged into the support queue and provide escalation support.
• Troubleshoot and assist employees with computer hardware, peripherals, and security credentials.
• Evaluate workload and capacity to determine improvements; propose changes to IT management.
• Support business applications including patching, testing, licensing tracking, installation, training, and documentation.
• Maintain IT life-cycle and office technology; manage inventory and printer support.
• Adhere to IT procedures and pursue certifications; continue professional development.
• Follow cybersecurity best practices.
• Manage time to meet SLAs.
• Use ITSM tools and knowledge bases; utilize ITIL best practices.
