• Willing to obtain ITIL foundation within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incidents and requests in person or by phone.
• Resolve incidents and meet performance goals.
• Manage support queue and provide escalation as needed.
• Troubleshoot desktops and peripherals and security credentials.
• Assist in software licensing tracking and training.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge base.
• Adhere to cybersecurity best practices.
