Job summary

The Management Group is hiring an IT Support Specialist to provide remote and on-site technical support for employees across our corporate and branch locations in Vancouver, WA. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of help desk or desktop support experience, is proficient with Windows and Microsoft 365, and understands basic Active Directory and networking.

Travel between sites may be required. You will set up computers and software, create user accounts, document ticket notes, and communicate

Experience with Windows and Microsoft 365.
Basic Active Directory and networking knowledge.
Strong communication and customer-service skills.
Ability to manage multiple tickets and priorities.
Willingness to travel between company locations.

Responsibilities

Resolve help desk tickets for login, software, printer, device, and connectivity issues.
Set up computers, workstations, software, and equipment for employees.
Create and disable user accounts, mailboxes, and basic Active Directory access.
Support Microsoft 365, Windows devices, mobile devices, and business applications.
Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding.
Travel to company locations when an issue cannot be resolved remotely.
Maintain clear ticket notes and IT documentation.
