Job summary

The Management Group is hiring an IT Support Specialist to provide remote and on-site technical support for employees across our corporate office, branch offices, and property locations. We are seeking someone with 1–2 years of help desk or desktop support experience who can explain solutions clearly and patiently.

You will set up workstations, manage user accounts, support MS 365, Windows devices, and mobile devices, assist with onboarding/offboarding, and travel between locations when needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of help desk or desktop support experience.
• Experience with Windows and Microsoft 365.
• Basic Active Directory and networking knowledge.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolve help desk tickets for login, software, printer, device, and connectivity issues.

The Management Group is hiring an IT Support Specialist to provide remote and on-site technical support for employees across our corporate office, branch offices, and property locations. We are looking for someone who is technically capable, patient, approachable, and able to explain solutions without overwhelming the person they are helping.

What You’ll Do

• Resolve help desk tickets for login, software, printer, device, and connectivity issues
• Set up computers, workstations, software, and equipment for employees
• Create and disable user accounts, mailboxes, and basic Active Directory access
• Support Microsoft 365, Windows devices, mobile devices, and business applications
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding
• Maintain clear ticket notes and IT documentation
• Travel to company locations when an issue cannot be resolved remotely

What We’re Looking For

• One to two years of help desk, desktop support, or related IT experience
• Experience with Windows and Microsoft 365
• Basic Active Directory and networking knowledge
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to manage multiple tickets and priorities
• Willingness to travel between company locations

Preferred Qualifications

• Managed service provider experience
• CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications, or equivalent hands-on experience
• Experience with ticketing systems, NinjaRMM, Automate, Azure, SharePoint, or Power Automate
• Familiarity with AppFolio, Adobe, Zoho, Caliber, or Timeslips

The right person will resolve issues efficiently, communicate clearly, maintain accurate ticket records, and make employees feel supported throughout the process.
