Job summary

LymphaPress is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team and provide frontline IT assistance across Windows and mobile devices. You will respond to help desk tickets, deploy devices via MDM tools, and support onboarding/offboarding processes.

Qualifications

• Provide first-line technical support for Windows and mobile devices.
• Respond to and resolve help desk tickets promptly with high customer satisfaction.
• Configure, deploy, and manage mobile devices using MDM tools.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding, including accounts and device provisioning.
• Support software installations, updates, and troubleshooting for business apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support for employee IT issues, including Windows, and mobile devices.
• Respond to and resolve help desk tickets in a timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Configure, deploy, and manage mobile devices (iPhone, iPad, Android) using Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including setting up user accounts and provisioning devices.
• Support software installations, updates, and troubleshooting for business applications.
• Maintain and troubleshoot workstation hardware, printers, and peripherals.
• Educate employees on IT best practices, security guidelines, and technology use.
• Document troubleshooting steps, procedures, and solutions to build an internal knowledge base.
• Collaborate with IT team members to improve support processes and IT service delivery.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate IT team members when necessary.
