Qualifications

• Experience with AD/Group Policy and Windows OS administration.
• Strong hardware and network problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read and follow technical manuals and documentation.
• Willingness to be on call and handle confidential matters.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, maintain, and troubleshoot end-user hardware and software.
• Provide end-user training and assistance on technology resources.
• Assist in planning hardware procurement and upgrades.
• Support and maintain servers, including email and backup systems.
• Respond to network connectivity issues and coordinate third-party support.
• Back up administrative tasks and serve as backup to IT staff as needed.
• Maintain licenses, renewal dates, and ADA compliance on the county website.
