Responsibilities

Leads, schedules logistics, and secures resources for technology system integrations and maintenance as per user requirements.
Completes procurements, installations, configurations, repairs, and modifications of hardware/software as needed.
Serves as main contact for individuals and groups requesting information about technology resources.
Designs, implements, troubleshoots, and resolves data, network, and application issues per policies.
Develops and delivers individual and group end-user trainings.
