Job summary

Envolve is seeking an IT Support Specialist for our corporate office in Memphis. The role focuses on hardware, network, and Windows 365 administration with emphasis on security and disaster recovery planning.

You will monitor networks, support Azure and cloud tools, and deploy updates using Atera. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with 5+ years in IT support and strong problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT support experience or related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of computer hardware, networks, and Windows OS.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 admin center and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity and security incidents.
• Support Windows desktops, manage Active Directory, and deploy Microsoft 365 apps.
• Configure and manage Atera RMM agents and Azure cloud services; automate tasks.
