Job summary

A technology services provider located in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, is seeking a Support Engineer to provide help desk and engineering support focused on the SMB market. The role requires expertise in VMware products and various storage technologies. You will serve as an engineering resource on implementation projects and maintain necessary technical certifications. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, applying your skills in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting VMware’s product line including vSphere, vCenter, Hypervisor, and View.
• Experience supporting storage technologies like NetApp, Equallogic, ReadyNAS, Synology, or Qnap.
• Experience supporting server solutions using Cisco’s Unified Computing System (UCS), IBM, HP or Dell.
• Experience supporting network solutions using Extreme, HP, Cisco or Dell switching.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a support engineer for Envision Technology Advisors’ consulting practice.
• Support a mix of technologies for clients.
