Job summary

Copper Mountain Resort is seeking an IT Support Specialist Level 1 to join our IT team in Colorado. You will help design, install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, and POS systems, while supporting server environments and telecom moves.

The role requires hands-on experience with Windows Server, VMware ESX/vCenter, Active Directory and Exchange, and a customer-focused approach in a fast-paced setting. On-call rotations and weekend hours are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information systems or related field.
• Minimum one year of hands-on IT support in a mid-size environment.
• Experience with Windows Server, Windows Desktop, and Office 365.
• Experience with VMware ESX/vCenter.
• Familiarity with RFID technologies and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, tablets, printers and POS systems.
• Administer Windows Server environment including Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, MS Exchange, File and Print services.
• Support telecom moves/adds/changes including PBX/VOIP and mountain radio systems.
• Document systems and inventory; maintain records and reports.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist staff/vendors/end users.
• Be available for on-call rotations and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
