Job summary

Deer Valley Resort is seeking an IT Support Specialist for year-round, on-site work at Park City, UT. You will triage helpdesk tickets and support Windows, Mac, Android, iOS, and Linux devices, coordinating with various departments and vendors to resolve issues.

The role requires experience in an Active Directory environment, familiarity with Microsoft 365, and the ability to work outdoors in mountain conditions. A 2-year technical degree and a customer‑focused mindset are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in triaging helpdesk tickets with detailed notes.
• Experience supporting Windows, Mac, and Linux devices in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with Office 365 Suite, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and calendar management.

Responsibilities

• Triage helpdesk tickets quickly and accurately with detailed notes.
• Support, repair, configure, and upgrade Windows, Mac, Linux, and mobile devices.
• Coordinate with departments, vendors, and teams to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Move and re-configure hardware with attention to neatness and cable management.
