Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, routers, and switches
• Assist in implementing new technologies and systems
• Document and maintain IT policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures
• Provide training and support to end-users on new technologies
• Monitor IT systems for high availability and performance
• Collaborate with IT team in a modern Colorado Springs office
