Job summary

Beehive Industries in Centennial, Colorado, is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide Tier I/II hardware, software, and network assistance across enterprise IT environments. You will help install, configure, and maintain computers, mobile devices, printers, and related equipment.

Ideal candidates have a strong Windows/Office 365 background, knowledge of Entra ID and endpoint management, and the ability to document solutions and collaborate with IT teams. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 2+ years of IT support experience.
• Experience providing technical support in a corporate IT environment.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I and II support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot workstation, application, peripheral, and network issues.
• Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, mobile devices, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Assist users with Windows, Office 365, and enterprise software applications.
• Support user account management, access requests, and endpoint configuration activities.
• Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and best practices within IT knowledge repositories.
• Serve as a point of contact for escalated technical issues and coordinate resolution with IT teams.
