Northwest Exterminating in Tucson, AZ is looking for a junior IT Support Specialist who is curious, customer-focused, and eager to learn. This on-site role offers hands-on IT experience from day one.

You will help employees solve everyday technology issues, set up laptops and accounts for new hires, assist with offboarding and asset tracking, and support Microsoft 365, Windows devices, and basic networking. Join a team that values growth and impact.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of IT, help desk, internship, or customer service experience.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and computer hardware.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• CompTIA A+ certification (bonus)
• Exposure to cloud technologies or cybersecurity (bonus)
• Experience with remote support tools (bonus)
