Job summary

Little Dot Studios, a multi-platform production company and digital media network, seeks an IT Coordinator to join our IT team in a hybrid role. You will own end-to-end tech support, deploy devices, and maintain user accounts across Mac and PC platforms.

You will troubleshoot in a fast-paced media setting, collaborate with the UK Tech Ops team, and contribute to our growing knowledge base. A strong customer-service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• ITIL Foundations with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Experience providing end-user support in a hybrid environment.
• Recent IT support experience, preferably in media or tech.
• Familiarity with network fundamentals (VLANS, Subnetting, TCP/IP).
• Experience with macOS, Windows, iOS, and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of support requests, ensuring they are logged and updated in appropriate systems.
• Configure and build end-user devices (MacBooks, PCs, and more) for deployment at scale.
• Carry out day-to-day maintenance, administration, and support on end-user accounts, devices, and experience.
• Assist with Media Ingest, Asset Optimization, and Server Management.
• Own the end-user experience from onboarding to offboarding.
• Provide ORG-wide, white-glove support.
• Inventory management to keep hardware and software up to date.
• Contribute to the IT knowledge base with department and end-user docs.
• Collaborate with the UK Tech Ops team on system updates and cybersecurity best practices.
