Job summary

Centene Corporation seeks an IT Support Specialist to deliver on-site and remote assistance for end users and site infrastructure in Iselin, New Jersey, five days a week. You will troubleshoot PCs, mobile devices, and network issues while installing software updates and providing remote desktop support.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with 2–4 years of related experience, plus customer service and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support to end users and site IT infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems and resolve tickets.
• Install software updates and upgrades on network computers.
• Support OS: Windows, iOS, MacOS; manage network and voice issues.
• Repair and maintain LAN/WAN connectivity and local infrastructure.
• Train end users and document status and outcomes of service tickets.
