You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage imaging and software deployments, and coordinate with IT teams to ensure uptime.

The role requires 4+ years of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and familiarity with ServiceNow, Windows, iOS, MacOS, and networking.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma or GED.
• 4+ years of related experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing tool.
• Technical knowledge of laptop PCs, virtual workstations, Windows OS, Apple iOS and Networking.
• Understanding of Active Directory, Networking, Voice, WiFi and IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provides lead level support on on-site and remote technical support to end users and site IT infrastructure.
• Leads hardware delivery and setup; customize systems for end user needs.
• Oversees analysis, testing, and debugging of computer systems; second level break-fix support.
• Supports OS, applications, security services, and hardware issue resolution for users.
• Performs imaging operations and reports status to management; provides end user training.
