Job summary
Rosendin Electric is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver desktop, network and end-user support across the Regional Office and multiple jobsites. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and peripherals, document work in the ticketing system, and assist users at all levels.

Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer/Information Science, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years’ practical IT experience required.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day desktop/laptop, cellular, telephone and local network support for assigned offices and jobsites.
- Deliver end-user support for desktop/laptop computers, printers, and software applications.
- Use trouble-ticketing system to document work and facilitate communication with clients.
- Work with all levels of end users including high-level and non-technical users.
- Handle project management for new jobsite setups including circuit ordering and equipment delivery.
