Computer Transition Services, Inc. (CTSI) is seeking an IT Desktop Specialist to provide software and hardware support for clients, both remotely and on-site, with travel to local sites.

The role emphasizes maintaining client relations, adherence to CTSI values, and the ability to adapt to changing environments. Training includes initial travel to Lubbock HQ, and a full-time schedule with potential after-hours project completion.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2-year or 4-year IT-related degree preferred.
• Relevant IT certifications such as MS900, AZ900, CompTIA A+ are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to support calls and assist clients remotely, in-office and on-site.
• Bi-weekly rotation of in-office phone and ticket support and on-site projects.
• Maintain records and expense accounts in ConnectWise and other systems.
• Provide on-site client support and hardware maintenance.
• Identify, research, and implement solutions to client problems.
