Job summary

Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases is seeking an IT Operations Support Technician to provide routine to mid-level computer, networking and communications support across multiple locations in Oakdale, PA. You will manage workstations, printers and client software, respond to IT tickets and help secure networked systems.

The role requires an associates degree or equivalent experience, 4–5 years in IT operations support, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4–5 years experience in IT operations support.
• Strong verbal, written and analytical communication.
• Experience with Windows client/Server environments and Office.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install/update workstations, printers and peripherals for local and remote users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve computer and network problems; escalate when needed.
• Respond to IT tickets in a timely manner.
• Diagnose computer, network and communications issues.
• Perform software reloads and upgrades for systems and equipment.
• Secure and maintain proper functionality of user networked computers.
