Job summary

Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases is seeking an IT operations specialist to support LAN computers, servers, networks, and client software across multiple locations. You will install, troubleshoot, and respond to IT tickets, ensuring reliable, secure computing for a multi-site user base.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years in IT operations, an associate degree or equivalent, strong communication skills, and experience with Microsoft Office, Windows 7–11, and Windows Server 2013–2019.

Qualifications

• Associates degree, or equivalent work experience.
• 4–5 years of experience in IT operations support.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems.
• Knowledge of Windows Server 2013–2019 and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Install and update workstations, printers and peripherals for local/remote users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve computer and network problems; escalate when needed.
• Respond to IT tickets in a timely manner across multi-location users.
• Diagnose computer, network and communications issues.
• Perform software reloads and upgrades for systems and equipment.
• Implement security controls and maintain proper functionality of networked PCs.
• Interface with vendor support and manage IT assets inventory and disposal.
