Nikkiso Cryogenic Industries seeks an IT Operations Support professional to handle routine to medium computer and network tasks across multiple locations. You will install, troubleshoot, and maintain desktops, printers, and VOIP systems while responding to IT tickets with quick, thorough fixes.

The role requires an associate degree or equivalent experience, 4–5 years in IT operations support, and strong communication skills. On-site work in Oakdale, PA is expected with some travel.

Competenze

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4-5 years of IT operations support experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems (Win7/10/11).
• Understanding of cloud-based environments and networking basics.

Mansioni

• Install and update desktops, printers, and software for local and remote users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve computer and network and communications issues; escalate as needed.
• Respond to IT tickets promptly and document resolutions.
• Diagnose hardware, software, and network problems and implement fixes.
• Administer, deploy and support VOIP telephony equipment.
• Maintain IT inventory and coordinate asset disposal.
