The role involves installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related systems to keep operations reliable.

You will work on-site in a fast-paced environment, handling incident escalation, device provisioning, and basic network issues, while applying ITSM processes and delivering clear user-focused

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a help desk or IT support role.
• Proficiency with Windows OS and Microsoft 365.
• Working knowledge of networking (DNS/DHCP/VPN/firewalls).
• Experience with ITSM/ticketing systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Install, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Diagnose hardware/software issues and escalate to senior IT staff or vendors when needed.
• Apply system updates, security patches, and hardware upgrades per IT standards.
• Document support activities and resolutions in the knowledge base to improve consistency.
