Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree plus two years' computer support or IT experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Active Directory and Exchange Online is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user technical support for on-site and remote staff across sites.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network access, and printing issues.
• Coordinate hardware purchases and license management with vendors.
• Set up audiovisual and teleconferencing equipment for events.
• Assist with data transfers, backups, and system maintenance.
