NetVendor in Tualatin, Oregon is seeking an IT Support Specialist to maintain devices, manage Windows and Mac workstations, servers, and networks, and provide frontline helpdesk support. You’ll deploy hardware, configure software, and ensure security policy adherence while assisting in vendor management.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Windows, MacOS, cloud IT and networks.
• Familiar with Endpoint Protection and MDM tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via ticketing system, chat, remote sessions, and phone.
• Manage hardware, software, peripherals, and networking tickets.
• Install, configure, test, and maintain Windows/Mac workstations and servers.
• Procure, configure, and deploy computer hardware for staff.
• Maintain inventory and monitor third-party IT vendors as directed by Head of IT.
