Job summary

GRC is seeking an IT Support Specialist II in Rockford, MI. The role focuses on user support, systems and infrastructure, and manufacturing technology within a office-based environment.

You will help keep operations running with hands-on support, ERP/ MES assistance, and collaboration across teams. Responsibilities include device setup, troubleshooting, and maintaining IT assets, along with cybersecurity practices and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and end-user devices.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-service orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely technical support to employees in person, by phone, email, or remote access.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop hardware, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
• Assist with administration of Windows, M365, AD, Exchange Online, and related tech.
• Support MES and shop-floor workstations and ERP (Epicor) integration tasks.
• Contribute to IT projects, documentation, and knowledge base articles.
