You will manage IT assets, document processes, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams on projects and events.

The role requires 2–5 years in IT support, strong communication, and the ability to work with auditing controls (SOX, PCI, SOC 2).

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years in IT support in fast-paced environments.
• Experience supporting on-site and remote customers.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide frontline support to internal customers, including hardware troubleshooting.
• Maintain user accounts and workstation security per external audit controls (SOX, PCI, SOC 2).
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding with cross‑functional teams.
• Image, configure, deploy, and track employee workstations.
• Maintain and update the IT knowledge base.
