NKC Health in North Kansas City, MO seeks an IT Specialist to serve as the single point of contact for incidents and service requests, troubleshooting hardware and software and guiding end users through solutions in a hospital setting.

You will work with the IT team to identify root causes, participate in deploying new technologies, and document steps taken to close tickets. A+ and hospital IT experience are preferred; travel to off-campus sites may be required.

Competenze

• At least 1 year experience supporting workstation/printer/endpoint hardware.
• Hospital environment experience preferred.
• Hands-on and telephone troubleshooting experience required.
• Incident Management experience preferred.
• Ability to document incidents through to resolution.
