Hopkinsville Community College seeks an IT Support Specialist I to deliver high-quality IT services across campus. You will handle desktop, phone and software support for faculty, staff and guests, repair hardware, and assist with equipment installations and inventory management.

The role requires strong organization, communication and customer service, with familiarity in SCCM and active directory, and the ability to lift 25 pounds and work in an enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree (IT or related field) with two years related work experience or equivalent.
• A+ certification, Cisco experience, Active Directory knowledge desired.
• Excellent organization, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in an enterprise network environment.
• Be able to lift 25 pounds, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.

Responsabilités

• Provide desktop, phone and software support to faculty, staff, and guests.
• Maintain and repair computer hardware, peripheral, multimedia, and software.
• Assist with equipment installations, inventory, and documentation.
• Provide end-user support including password changes and MFA setup.
• Provide audiovisual support for campus events.
