Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana is seeking an IT Support professional to assist Lawrenceburg and Madison campuses with daily IT operations, classroom technology, and helpdesk case resolution. You’ll work under the IT Director, handling hardware, software, printers, and instructional equipment while improving user experience across campuses.

Qualifications

• Must possess good customer service and organizational skills.
• Written and oral communication skills required; able to communicate via phone, email, or in person.
• Proficient with current hardware and software technology.
• Ability to maintain professional relationships with peers and superiors.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily IT support for hardware, software, printers, projectors, document cameras, scanners, and related equipment.
• Assist staff, faculty, and students with classroom IT and instructional equipment operation.
• Process IT Helpdesk cases to resolve issues within SLA and document communications.
• Develop troubleshooting guides and guidelines for team use.
• Support network/server tasks in coordination with IT admins as required.
• Assist in moving equipment and maintaining lab security.
