Job summary

EnerSys is hiring an IT Specialist I to provide frontline technical support across manufacturing and office environments in Warrensburg, MO. You will handle hardware, software, and network issues to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
One year of IT support experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365.
Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, network connectivity, printers, and mobile devices.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, peripherals, and software.
Administer user accounts and access permissions.
Manage IT service tickets and documentation.
Support onboarding and equipment provisioning.
Assist with cybersecurity, patching, and endpoint management.
Support basic networking and connectivity.
Maintain technical documentation and training materials.
Participate in IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
