Job summary

EnerSys Advanced Systems, part of EnerSys, seeks an IT Technician to provide frontline technical support for office and manufacturing staff in a regulated environment. You will install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain end-user hardware, software, printers, and basic network connectivity under guidance from the Systems Administrator and IT Manager.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant IT support, desktop support, or help desk experience preferred.
• Experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory preferred.
• Experience in regulated environments (ITAR, CUI, NIST 800-171) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to user requests for technical assistance via phone, email, remote support, and in person.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, Windows, printer, and basic network issues.
• Install, configure, image, deploy, and support desktops, laptops, monitors, docking stations, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
• Coordinate warranty repairs, vendor support, and hardware replacement activities.
• Escalate server, network, cybersecurity, and infrastructure issues to the Systems Administrator or Enterprise IT teams.
