Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree or minimum of 3 years’ experience.
• Experience with computer software and hardware troubleshooting (required).
• Software/hardware certifications a плюс.

Responsibilities

• Triage issues via phone, email, online, chat, etc.
• Troubleshoot end user issues and resolve on first contact when possible.
• Record and document all details of issue or service request in the IT ticket system.
• Provide remote access/VPN support.
• Create and maintain FAQ documents, knowledge articles and user guides.
• Install new releases and maintain existing applications and processes.
• Advocate for the end user to ensure timely service from IT.
