The role covers system configuration, server environments, network security, and performance monitoring; strong Windows and Office skills preferred. A degree or equivalent experience is required, and drug testing is part of the process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; strong networking background preferred.
• Proven troubleshooting skills to identify root causes and resolve quickly.
• Experience with Windows Server/OS and Microsoft Office Suite; software installation/configuration as a plus.
• Must pass drug test on hire and random drug testing regularly.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end users via phone or chat.
• Troubleshoot network and computer-related issues.
• Perform hardware and software upgrades and repairs.
• Perform system upgrades and manage system configuration.
• Troubleshoot network security issues.
• Identify and resolve network performance issues.
• Perform network maintenance: IP routing, DHCP, DNS, WAN, WIFI configuration.
• Manage and troubleshoot server environments.
• Identify and implement best practices for IT systems management.
• Other duties as assigned.
