Job summary

Harris Company in Phoenix seeks an IT Support Specialist to provide company-wide remote and in-person technical assistance for computer systems, software and peripherals, and to document resolutions and follow-up actions per service standards.

Responsibilities include responding to requests, troubleshooting, end-user training, access provisioning, device onboarding to return, and maintaining detailed IT documentation and ticketing workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2+ years diagnosing and resolving technical issues in a business environment.
• Proficient understanding of office productivity software.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows environment and tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and monitor requests for technical assistance and update ticketing system.
• Follow escalation procedures for advanced troubleshooting.
• Answer questions, provide end-user training, and resolve problems via phone and email.
• Provide access to software applications via admin tools.
• Support user machines from onboarding to equipment return.
• Create documentation for IT and workflows.
• Assist in administration of ticketing system and templates.
