Job summary

Harris Computer is seeking a dedicated customer support specialist to fulfill tasks assigned by the direct manager and to assist in responding to customer technical queries and service calls to the Customer Support. You will answer inquiries during out-of-hours support as needed.

You will plan, manage and perform version upgrades both on-site and remotely, and participate in on-call rotations during evenings, weekends and holidays as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Fulfills tasks based on direct manager assignment.
• Deploys Company’s Customer Support activities: Assists in the response to customer technical queries and service calls to the Customer Support.
• Answers customer queries to support telephone out of office hours as and when required.
• Plans, manages and performs version upgrades, on site and remotely.
• Be available for On-call support on rotation, evening, weekends and holidays as necessary
