Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.

• Strong installation, configuration and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to computer and network users in a HIPAA-regulated environment.
• Maintain, troubleshoot and repair computer systems, hardware and peripherals.
• Assist with deployment of new systems, software and hardware.
