Job summary

Owl Services LLC seeks an IT Support Specialist for our Fort Worth office. You will resolve hardware and software issues, support desktops, laptops, networks, and Office 365 apps, and assist in onboarding new employees.

You will use a ticketing system, manage device inventory, and perform upgrades as needed. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years PC support, Windows proficiency, and strong communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of PC, laptop, printer, and peripheral support.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 Pro.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and O365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting standard desktop and line-of-business apps.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Familiarity with Intune/MDM and imaging/deployment.
• Familiarity with basic networking (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi‑Fi).
• Basic cybersecurity knowledge a plus.
• Experience with ITSM/ticketing (Freshservice or similar).
• Strong communication and remote support skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware/software support via phone/email/in-person.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, networks, and email/telephony.
• Maintain knowledge of OS/hardware and assist onboarding.
• Log/track/resolve issues using ticketing system.
• Perform hardware/software upgrades as required.
