OWL Services in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an IT Support Specialist to maintain desktop, network, and device performance across offices and field teams. You will troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Office 365 apps, and a range of hardware, while delivering remote support and ensuring data security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of PC/laptop/printer support experience.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 Pro and Office 365 apps.
• Familiarity with Active Directory/Entra ID.
• Experience with ITSM ticketing (Freshservice or similar).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support office and field inquiries via phone, email and in-person.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, networks, and email.
• Maintain hardware inventory and assist onboarding new employees.
• Log, track, and resolve issues using the ticketing system.
• Perform hardware and software upgrades as required.
