Job summary

Apex North Partners is seeking an IT Support Specialist in Seattle, WA to maintain IT systems and support staff. This full-time role focuses on troubleshooting hardware and software, assisting with network issues, and providing user training.

You will monitor system performance, implement security measures, and collaborate with the IT team to ensure optimal operations. A bachelor’s degree in IT or related field and at least 2 years of IT support experience are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support.
Proficiency in Windows and macOS.
Knowledge of networking and security protocols.

Responsibilities

Provide level 1 technical support to employees, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems, ensuring uptime and security.
Assist in the deployment and management of IT projects and initiatives.
Document and maintain accurate records of IT assets and support incidents.
