Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Providing technical support to employees via phone, email or in person.
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices.
• Installing and configuring new computer systems and applications.
• Maintaining network infrastructure including servers, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Monitoring system performance to ensure availability and reliability.
