Dashiell, an operating unit of Quanta Services, seeks IT Support Specialists at Level I–III for the Houston office. Positions involve hands-on support across hardware, software, and systems, with escalation to senior staff as needed.

Roles report to the IT Manager and cover multiple locations with potential travel for field support. Entry, mid, and senior levels focus on helpdesk responsiveness, workstation setup, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.

Formación

• Entry level requires no professional IT experience; internship or help desk a plus.
• 2+ years corporate IT support experience required for Level II; resolves mid-level tickets.
• 5+ years corporate IT support experience required for Level III; leads initiatives and mentors staff.
• Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 administration.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Support user account administration including Active Directory and email systems.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, VPN, and basic infrastructure components.
• Lead imaging, software deployment, and hardware refresh initiatives for Level III.
• Maintain and administer Microsoft 365 environments, security permissions, and group policies (Level III).
• Mentor junior IT staff on troubleshooting and ticket documentation.
• Provide after-hours support as needed.
