You will monitor system performance and contribute to data security and backup efforts. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of IT support experience, with strong skills in Windows and macOS, networking basics, and clear communication.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ year of IT support experience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person assistance.
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
Monitor and maintain the performance and security of our IT systems.
Assist in the implementation of new technologies and software applications.
Document technical processes and procedures for future reference.
