Job summary

HI-TECH SUPPORTS is seeking an IT Support Specialist for a remote, full-time position. You will provide technical support for hardware and software, troubleshoot IT issues, and assist in setup and configuration of computers, printers, and devices.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT or CS and at least 2 years of IT support experience, with strong knowledge of Windows and macOS, networking basics, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of IT support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS.
• Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware and software issues across the organization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems in a timely manner.
• Assist in the setup and configuration of computers, printers, and other devices.
• Maintain and update documentation of IT processes, systems, and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance IT service delivery and support.
• Monitor and manage IT inventory, including software licenses and equipment.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on new technologies and software applications.
